Senior Account Executive

Position : Senior Account Executive

Department: Account

Reports to: Line Manager

Working time: 09h00 – 18h00, from Monday to Friday

Location: 202 Lý Chính Thắng,  Ward 9, District 3, HCMC

Beyond Communication was founded in 2016, specializing in providing solutions for media and entertainment marketing. In 2023, Beyond Communications successfully organized the HOZO International Music Festival with more than 100.000 attendees.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Support the Project Leader (depending on the scale of the assigned project) in managing and operating the project.
• Communicate directly with clients and proactively provide them with the best solutions to ensure the project’s success.
• Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas that meet client needs.
• Manage and process customer invoices and resolve any invoice issues or late payments.
• Manage and monitor project budget.
• Ensure all projects are fully implemented, payments are managed sufficiently and on time.
• Provide reports, update progress, and weekly work status (WIP) for AD/BOD.
• Be in charge of managing the work process in the team account to ensure effective project assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position
• Flexible, hard-working, diligent
• Communicate well
• Proactive and responsible at work
• Use English fluently, write proposals in English
• Good at microsoft office and work management skills
• Flexible thinking, ability to persuade and communicate
• Honest, hardworking, persistent
• Can withstand work pressure
